Why did It happen?
According to the sources, Virat Kohli was sad with the series defeat against South Africa. India had a huge chance of winning the first-ever test series here as it is one of the weakest South African sides which India has ever faced. This can be seen as the reason behind Virat’s decision.
Though many fans are claiming that politics in the BCCI has curbed the captaincy of Virat. Last year in September, Virat Kohli stepped down as T20i captain after playing the T-20 World Cup. A few months after that he was removed from the captaincy of white-ball cricket.
The last few months haven’t been easy for Kohli as his differences with the BCCI are crystal clear. Although India’s limited over skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat himself have denied all these kinds of rumors. Though, it is not decided who will become the next Indian test captain.
This is how everyone wished Kohli for his successful journey,
World fraternity was shocked to hear this!
