SRH VS DC, Match 33, IPL 2021 HIGHLIGHTS, A very sweet and simple win for the Capitals!

Two of the most prominent teams had a face-off with each other on the 22nd of September 2021, Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The spectators should agree to the fact that Delhi just spellbound them as well as the stadium, exhibiting extraordinary behavior out there.

Players Caught up in Catching!

It went like this, Sunrisers won the toss and chose to bat and let DC chase their score lead. The opening pair was Wriddhiman Saha and David Warner. It was not even the end of the first over yet, nor even the score was incremented to 1 from 0 and Nortje made David loft and guess what Axar Patel found his ball on the ground, yes, he caught it, and hence was the return of the first player of SRH back to the pavilion.

Wriddhiman, however, managed to the fourth over, and on the very last ball of that over, courtesy Rabada, Shikhar Dhawan caught the ball and the score was 29 for 2 with 5 overs completed. Then came into the picture Kane Williamson who accountably took charge of the situation and helped his team muster 18 runs over 26 balls, and thereafter in the ninth over, Williamson also said goodbye to the pitch, again it was a catch-out, catch taken by Hetmeyer and the bowler was Axar Patel.

After that Manish Pandey, Abdul Samad, and Jason Holder, all of the players were caught out by Rabada, Rishabh Pant, and Prithvi Shaw, respectively. And the score was 115 for 7.

SRH gave the target of 134 along with being all out.

However, it may be considered as one’s singing own appraisal songs but it’s true,

DC Dominated!

In the other innings, when the roles were reversed, Delhi Capitals took the stadium with a charismatic charm. Shaw and Dhawan opened and batted flawlessly, after contributing 11 and 42 runs to the team’s win they were also caught out by Williamson and Abdul Samad, respectively. It is just interesting, how most of the wickets were caught out in this match.

From there on Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant led their way to become the winners of the match scoring 47 and 35 runs out of 41 and 21 balls.

The Player of the match was Anrich Nortje, because of the optimized performance he gave, 2 wickets in 12 balls.
